Child’s rubber boot caught in escalator in Minnesota Metro

According to The Washington Post, an 11-year-old girl had her rubber-soled boot caught while riding an escalator at the Minnesota Avenue metro station in northeast Washington, D.C. The girl was riding the escalator backward when her boot was caught. The girl was not injured, and the escalator remained closed for repairs. Stand facing the front and away from the sides of escalators. This child was lucky!
